The terms and conditions described below apply to the use of this website, and by accessing it and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms, and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should not access this website. Orders and Payment
These terms and Conditions apply to all orders for delivery within the UK. When we accept your order we agree that we will supply you with the goods ordered. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.
You can pay for your order by Paypal, credit or debit card. All cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We will not be liable for delays or non-delivery if the card issuer refuses to authorise the payment. In this case we will contact you for further instructions. Any of our products will only be passed to you when payments fully clear.
Online vouchers and order codes are personal to each individual and any inappropriate use is fraud. We reserve the right to cancel any vouchers or order codes at any time. Only one promotional voucher can be redeemed per order.
Order Cancellation
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, you are entitled to a refund. Please check our Returns page for more details.
Quality Assurance
We endeavour to supply products of high quality and in prime condition. If, for any reason, our products reach you damaged, pleas get in touch and we will rectify the issue.
If you order seeds, please bear in mind that seeds are live products. Prior to advertising them, they have been tested and have shown satisfactory germination rate. Their successful germination and growth depends on various factors such as moisture, light, growing medium, etc. Therefore, we advise that you carefully follow the instructions supplied with the packet and, if unsure about anything, do extra research before starting the process. All the seeds have been tested and are with long shelf life (stated on packaging), so are expected to germinate and grow if cared for properly. For these reasons, we cannot be held responsible if any of the seeds show no or little productivity.
Prices
Prices reflect the latest prices for all our products. However, we reserve the right to change prices at any time. Final price of each product is the price stated on the website.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch completed order within 24 hours of cleared payment. This will only apply to working days – Monday to Friday. Any orders placed during the weekend or any other public holiday will be dispatched on the first working day thereafter.
